Do you have products in stock?
Some of our best-selling fixtures and ceiling fans are in stock and available for immediate pickup. However, many items — especially specialty or boutique designs — are ordered directly from the factory. Our team will let you know availability and typical lead times when you inquire.
What are typical lead times?
Any item that needs to be ordered and is available at the factory typically arrives at our warehouse within 2–3 weeks. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, usually 6–10 weeks, depending on the brand and production schedule. Our team will confirm availability and expected delivery time when you place your order.
Can I take products home the same day?
Yes — any item we have in stock can be taken home the same day. In some cases, depending on how busy the showroom is, we can also take down display items for you to bring home right away if needed.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome during showroom hours. However, Tuesdays are by appointment only, and we recommend booking a consultation if you’d like dedicated one-on-one time with a lighting specialist. An appointment ensures we can prepare in advance and give your project our full attention.
Do you handle whole-home or commercial projects?
Yes — our principal designer, Michael Lichtenstein, has extensive experience with both whole-home and commercial projects. If you’re working on a large-scale project like this, we strongly recommend making an appointment so we can plan properly and dedicate the right time and resources to your project.
