Visual Comfort Modern (formerly Tech Lighting) Botto Picture Light
The Botto Picture Light by Sean Lavin for Visual Comfort Modern (formerly Tech Lighting) was developed for seamless integration, merging quietly into the architecture of a space rather than standing off it. Built around the Plural mud-in kit, models SLPC820, SLPC821 and SLPC822 recess into the wall for a flush, uninterrupted surface, with a recessed coin detail available as an aesthetic option and a surface-mount double backplate available where a mud-in installation isn't practical.
Botto spans three widths from the same design — 18" (SLPC822), 24" (SLPC821) and 36" (SLPC820) — so a compact frame, a mid-size canvas, or large-scale artwork in a living room, gallery wall, or expansive hallway can each get a Botto sized to it. A double-hinge articulation adjusts with precision, directing illumination across the artwork with clarity, and every size runs a dimmable 2700K dedicated LED and carries a Damp Location rating for use in a bathroom or covered entry as well as a living space.
Three finishes are offered across every size: Bronze, Polished Nickel, and Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass. The Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass is a living finish that will patina and warm with age.
