Sean Lavin's Syrma Grande Suspension builds a 35.6" wire cylinder from dozens of machined metal rods, spaced and fastened by hand into a mid-century-inspired cage that reads as sculpture as much as a light source. Hung singly over a dining table or grouped down a long island, the open construction throws a soft, dappled glow through the shade wall along with direct downlight.
Model 700TDSYRGP (formerly Tech Lighting) is available in Matte Black (700TDSYRGPB) or Satin Gold (700TDSYRGPG), each offered with a 3000K (-LED930) or 3500K (-LED935) integrated LED engine at 90 CRI. A field-cuttable black cloth cord and universal 120V-277V driver make it easy to hang at nearly any ceiling height, from 45.4" up to 183.4" of drop.
Damp rated, so it also works over a covered porch or similar protected outdoor space in addition to standard interior installs. At 38 lbs, confirm the ceiling box or structure can support the fixture's weight before installing.
