This is the all-black Maverick — matte black housing, matte black blades, nothing breaking the line. Where the walnut version sets up a deliberate contrast, this one disappears into a dark ceiling or reads as a single graphic shape against a light one. The housing is only 7" across with no exposed hardware, so at a 60" sweep the fan is almost entirely blade.

The DC motor pushes 6,687 CFM on high while drawing far less power than a comparable AC fan, and it runs quietly enough for a bedroom at the lower speeds. Six speeds and reverse come off the included handheld remote — there is no pull chain. Damp rated, so covered porches, screened patios and large bathrooms are all fair game alongside interior rooms.

Suits rooms of roughly 15 x 15 feet or larger with ceilings of nine feet or more. This model carries no integrated light; the optional MCFK light kit mounts to it if you need one.
