The Kulma Medium Pendant (700OPKLM20) by Kelly Wearstler for Visual Comfort Modern embodies the essence of the ubiquitous lantern through an evocative study rooted in the singular planar elements of glass and frame. Suited for both indoor or outdoor use, this minimal yet high-impact architectural design pairs a warm 2700K LED transmitted through planes of clear crystal-textured glass with burnished metal finishes.
Every Kulma Medium Pendant ships as a wet-rated (IP65) fixture built for covered porches, entries and outdoor dining areas, with a field-adjustable stem giving 27.7in to 86.6in of hanging height. The fixture is finished in Black, Natural Brass, or Copper — each supplemented by the same clear glass panes so the lantern silhouette reads consistently no matter which metal you choose. Also available in a matching Kulma Large Wall sconce for a coordinated exterior lighting scheme.
