What is your return policy?

Am I able to see a product from your website in person? 

Yes, our On Display selection is all available to view in person. However, our 8,000 sq-ft showroom features a much larger selection. See More.

How can I get one-on-one help with my lighting project?

Do you price match?

If I don’t see a size or color option on the website does that mean it’s not available? 

If you do not see the size or color option you are looking for, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it for you.

How do I know the item will be the right size for my space?

How do I clean my fixture?

For cleaning instructions, please contact the manufacturer for the best way to do so without potentially damaging the fixture.

What does a Proposition 65 warning mean and should I be concerned? 

In the state of California, this is used to warn customers about exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. You should always be aware and take heed of all product warnings, but also always do research of your own. For Prop 65 reproductive toxicants, the level for warnings is 1000 times lower than the lowest level at which animal studies reported no reproductive health effect. 

What does Integrated LED and Lumens mean? 

Integrated LED fixtures come complete with the LED arrays already built into the fixture. They are designed to provide a specific color and Lumen output and they do not have typical “bulbs” that can be replaced. Integrated LED fixtures typically last for many years, often a decade or more. Lumens (denoted by lm) are a measure of the total amount of visible light (to the human eye) from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating the “brighter” the lamp will appear. See More.
