Shipping Charges 

Lighting Gallery offers free ground shipping on retail web lighting orders over $100, shipped within the continental U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are available for an additional fee, and subject to change. Expedited Delivery is also available for an additional charge.  

 

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Orders shipping from our warehouse are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days.

Many items ship directly from our manufacturers or distribution partners. For these orders, please allow 10–15 business days for processing and shipment.

Custom, made-to-order, and special-order items may require up to 8 weeks or longer depending on the manufacturer and product specifications.

While many orders ship sooner than the timeframes listed above, we provide conservative estimates to account for manufacturer processing times, inventory verification, and shipping carrier delays. Our goal is always to exceed these expectations whenever possible.

If you need a more specific lead time before placing an order, please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to provide the most current availability and delivery estimate.
