Do you have products in stock?
Yes — we stock a selection of best-selling fixtures and ceiling fans available for immediate pickup. Many decorative and specialty items are ordered from the factory. Our team will review availability and lead times with you during your visit or call.
Why aren’t all items available for immediate delivery?
Unlike mass-market retailers, most quality lighting is produced in specific finishes, sizes, and configurations to suit your space. While we stock a selection of popular fixtures for immediate pickup, many items are ordered from the manufacturer to ensure proper scale, finish, and performance.

Our team will always review availability and lead times with you before you place an order, and help prioritize items if your project is time-sensitive.
What are typical lead times?
In-stock or factory-available items typically arrive within 2–3 weeks. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer, usually 6–10 weeks, depending on the brand. We’ll confirm timing before you place an order.
Can I take products home the same day?
Yes — any in-stock item can be taken home the same day. In some cases, and depending on showroom activity, we may also be able to release select display items if you need something right away.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during all showroom hours. Appointments are optional, but recommended if you’d like dedicated one-on-one time or are working on a larger or more complex project.
Do you handle whole-home or commercial projects?
Yes. We regularly assist with whole-home, multi-room, and commercial projects. For larger or more complex work, we recommend scheduling an appointment with our principal designer, Michael Lichtenstein so we can prepare in advance and dedicate the appropriate time and resources to your project.
