Visual Comfort Modern (formerly Tech Lighting) Nyra 42 Chandelier

The largest Nyra. 42.2" across and 52.7" tall — note that height, this is a deep cascading form, not a shallow disc. Concentric acrylic bands descend in tiers, each edge-lit, so the fixture reads as stacked rings of light suspended in space. It is designed to be seen from below and from the side, which makes it a natural for a two-storey entry or an open stairwell where people view it from two levels.

80.8W producing 6,806 lumens at 90 CRI — enough to be the only light source in a large volume. Universal 120V–277V driver, dimmable on ELV and TRIAC. Drop adjusts 64" to 118" on 180" of supplied wire.

Two finishes in two colour temperatures: Nightshade Black (700NYR42B-LED930) and Plated Brass (700NYR42BR-LED930) at 3000K, with 700NYR42B-LED935 and 700NYR42BR-LED935 at 3500K.

Installation note: this weighs 85 lbs and hangs a minimum of 64" below the ceiling. It requires a properly rated outlet box, structural blocking, and a ceiling height that can accommodate the drop — confirm all three before ordering. Smaller Nyra options are the 28" chandelier and 60" linear suspension.
