Visual Comfort Modern (formerly Tech Lighting) Mina Table Lamp

Mina is a small, heavy, deliberately simple table lamp — 11" long, 7.2" tall, 10 lbs. The weight is the point: it sits where you put it and does not skate across a nightstand when you reach for it in the dark. A glass diffuser wraps the LED so the light is soft and low-glare at close range.

Control is by integrated 3-step touch dimmer on the body. Tap once for a low night level, again for medium, again for full. No switch on the cord, no reaching underneath. At 292 lumens and a warm 2700K it is an accent and bedside lamp rather than a reading light — that is what the touch dimming is for.

Three finishes: Nightshade Black (700PRTMINAB-LED927), Hand Rubbed Antique Brass (700PRTMINANB-LED927) and White Marble (700PRTMINAWM-LED927). The marble version is genuine stone, which is where most of the ten pounds comes from.

A matching Mina wall sconce is available.
