Visual Comfort Modern (formerly Tech Lighting) Katan Picture Light
The Katan Picture Light by Sean Lavin is a study in minimalist structure — a simple cylindrical light source that pivots against a contrasting rectangular frame, so the fixture itself stays quiet while it does its job. It throws a soft, even wash down the face of artwork or a display without pulling focus from what it is lighting. Models SLPC761 (17"), SLPC762 (24") and SLPC763 (30") share the same design and 8.3" wall projection, so a small frame and a wide gallery wall can both get a Katan sized to fit.
Katan is offered in Bronze and Hand Rubbed Antique Brass, both on a solid brass housing, and runs a 2700K, 90 CRI integrated LED. It is Damp Location rated, so it also suits a covered porch or a bathroom above the vanity mirror as well as ordinary interior rooms.
